Tasks
Tasks 任务 • Service Delivery (服务交付): Follow international standards (ISO 13849, IEC 61508, EN ISO 12100, EN 60204-1, ISO 10218-1/2, ISO 13482, ISO 18646-1/2) to execute on-site testing, certification, and risk assessment, ensuring full compliance with accreditation rules. 依据相关国际标准，执行现场测试、认证与风险评估，确保完全符合认可规范。
• Technical Evaluation (技术评估): Conduct on-site technical assessment and gap analysis for logistics, cleaning, industrial, and humanoid robots, and resolve complex technical issues for clients. 面向各类机器人开展现场技术评估与差距分析，为客户解决复杂的技术难题。
• Technical Review (技术评审): Review testing schemes, certification applications, and test reports, issuing decisive professional judgements to ensure technical accuracy and compliance. 负责测试方案、报告等各项交付物的技术评审，出具决定性的专业判断以确保准确合规。
• Customized Solutions (定制化方案): Design and deliver tailored technical solutions and on-site support for complex, high-risk projects. 为复杂、高风险项目设计并交付定制化技术方案与现场支持。
• Qualification Maintenance (资质维护): Assist in maintaining lab accreditations by updating technical documents and cooperating during official assessments. 通过更新技术文件和配合官方评审，协助维护实验室认可资质。
• Team Coaching 团队带教: Provide daily training and hands-on coaching to team members on safety standards, PLC control, and software testing to elevate team competency. 在安全标准、PLC控制及软件测试等方面为团队提供日常培训与实战带教，提升团队胜任力。
• Pre-sales Support (售前支持): Provide comprehensive technical support to commercial teams during pre-sales communication and tender processes to boost client satisfaction and conversion rates. 在售前沟通与投标过程中为商业团队提供全面的技术支持，提升转化率。
Qualifications:
• At least 10 years working experience in robot testing, functional safety, risk assessment or third-party testing & certification industry, with profound understanding of robot safety and functional safety international standards.拥有 10 年及以上机器人测试、功能安全、风险评估或第三方检测认证行业相关技术工作经验，深入掌握机器人安全、功能安全国际标准体系。
• Rich practical experience in on-site technical evaluation, project delivery and client technical communication, familiar with the whole workflow of laboratory testing, certification and assessment.具备丰富的现场技术评估、项目交付及客户技术对接实操经验，熟悉实验室测试、认证、评估全业务流程。
• Solid experience in technical coaching, technical review and cross-departmental coordination.具备扎实的技术指导、技术评审及跨部门协作经验。
• Has experience in assisting qualification maintenance and responding to accreditation assessments, familiar with CNAS and other mainstream accreditation criteria.有协助资质维护、配合认可评审相关经验，熟悉 CNAS 等主流认可准则。
• Candidates with practical experience in service robots, industrial robots, humanoid robots, PLC automatic control or software testing are preferred.具备服务机器人、工业机器人、人形机器人、PLC 自动控制、软件测试实操经验者优先。
• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation or other related technical disciplines.本科及以上学历，机械工程、电气工程、自动化及其他相关技术类专业。
