We have an immediate opening for experienced ALUMINUM production welders. This is a full-time position.

We are hiring for two shifts: Swing shift
We are only hiring for full-time work - 40/hr week or more, overtime is available.
Hourly salary range: $23.49 – 30.15/hr*
*As of 8/1/2026 there will be a pre-negotiated 3.25% cost of living increase, per the union contract, the wage range for skilled production welders will be adjusted.
**Wages are DOE, subject to a variety of factors including but not limited to: Weld test, Union Contract wage scale, prior relevant experience, skilled experience and/or certifications in specific areas of skilled manufacturing. Wage advancement and opportunity are outlined in the CBA.
We are a Union Shop. We are part of the USW Local #289 M (United Steel Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International) Union.
You must be at least 18 years of age to apply for this position and be able to perform the following essential tasks continuously, for an 8-hour shift.
Job is contingent on passing a pre-employment drug screen within 24-hours of job offer. Pre-employment and random drug screening, does not include marijuana.

Annually we experience an output of 7 million lbs of aluminum which is shipped world wide as both finished products and raw ingot. While the majority of our work consists of larger volume orders, our job shop style manufacturing model allows for the greatest product flexibility while maintaining the shortest possible lead times.
