The Avionics Lead Tech ensures the timely completion of quality aircraft maintenance while providing leadership and coaching to the assigned crew. They are responsible for monitoring labor hours, facilitating on-the-job training, and ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
Candidates must hold an airframe or repairman certification in accordance with FAR 65. A minimum of 24 months of practical experience in aircraft maintenance procedures, inspection methods, and tools is required.

The schedule for this position is Friday through Monday 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM.
SUMMARY: Ensures timely completion of a quality product for an assigned function area. Be able to step and fulfill Production Supervisor responsibility for short periods of time.

Compensation
The full base pay range for this position is $33- $50 /DOE hourly, not including bonuses or benefits. Your pay will be based on your experience, skills, and education, as well as internal equity to ensure fairness across the team. Candidates closer to the lower end of the range are typically building their expertise, while those at the higher end bring significant experience and specialized knowledge. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.
