Position Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Quality Manager to lead our quality function and drive a culture of continuous improvement across our organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and enhance our Quality Management System, ensuring our products consistently meet the highest standards for performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
This position is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and is passionate about delivering operational excellence. You will play a key role in influencing processes, developing teams, and making a measurable impact on both product quality and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
Leads the QC Inspection team; overseeing the inspection processes to ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications
Develop, implement, and optimize inspection procedures and protocols
Serve as the internal subject matter expert on quality systems and inspection practices
Plan and manage internal and external quality audits, including tracking findings and ensuring timely closure
Represent Quality in contract review activities and cross-functional decision-making
Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance against established objectives
Coordinate and lead Management Review activities
Maintain training systems and quality documentation to support compliance
Investigate customer concerns and quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions
Identify trends, analyze data, and recommend improvements to enhance performance and customer satisfaction
Partner with operations and other teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and increase efficiency
