The Process Engineer will enhance operational performance by analyzing data to reduce variation and leading initiatives to improve efficiency, safety, and reliability in batch operations. They will also provide production support, oversee change management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
A bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or another engineering discipline is required. Candidates must have at least two years of chemical manufacturing experience or two to five years of co-op experience.

As a Process Engineer, you will leverage engineering expertise to enhance operational performance through technology, systems, and process improvements. Performance metrics include safety, environmental control, productivity, quality, equipment reliability, and cost efficiency, primarily in batch operations.
At times, you will be exposed to cold or hot, dusty and noisy surroundings.
