The Lean Facilitator supports continuous improvement initiatives by coaching teams in Lean principles and leading Kaizen events. The role focuses on reducing waste and improving process flow across the Roseau Operations shop floor.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S principles. Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and a background in manufacturing or production operations is preferred.
The Lean Facilitator (Hourly Grade 2) supports Polaris’ Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean initiatives across Roseau Operations. This role enables teams through facilitation, training, and hands-on improvement support, driving operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
The Lean Facilitator accelerates the adoption of Lean principles across the shop floor by supporting problem-solving, leading training activities, and enabling operational teams through coaching and structured facilitation. This role contributes directly to improving process flow, reducing waste, and strengthening Polaris’ CI culture.
