As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll lead restoration and reconstruction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day project operations, including subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality control.
Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, safety, and environmental standards.
Oversee vendor selection, contract execution, and materials procurement.
Maintain accurate project documentation, budgets, and financial reporting.
Drive revenue and profitability targets while controlling project costs.
Collaborate with clients, adjusters, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.
Participate in the emergency on-call management rotation.
Track and approve change orders, invoices, and expenses with transparency and accuracy.
Lead site teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality project results.
Requirements
2+ years of full-time construction project management experience (restoration experience preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of construction operations, financials, and project administration.
Experience with multi-family, hotel, or multi-building facility projects a plus.
OSHA 10/30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
