The Fiber Splicer is responsible for installing, splicing, terminating, and testing fiber-optic connections for new and existing network infrastructure. They must also perform maintenance, troubleshoot network outages, and document project progress while adhering to safety standards.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in fiber splicing and troubleshooting, along with proficiency in using fusion splicing equipment and testing tools. A valid driver's license, the ability to pass a DOT physical, and a willingness to travel extensively are required.

We are seeking Fiber Splicers who hold a crucial position in guaranteeing prompt delivery and excellence in Telecommunications services for our clientele. Responsibilities include deciphering schematics and diagrams to splice, terminate, and test fiber-optic connections for both new constructions and service setups. Additionally, the role involves the maintenance, troubleshooting, and rectification of damaged cables and associated concerns within the outside plant network.
