The role is responsible for the global ownership, governance, accuracy, and timely release of the FSA Cost Catalog inputs used in the Wind FSA Cost Model. This role maintains the catalog structure, methodology, data standards, model input processes and related Services Modeling Tool aspects to support contract margin review, underwriting, and portfolio planning.
Job Description
In this role, you will own and maintain the FSA Cost Catalog framework, including its taxonomy, methodology, governance, controls, and release process, to ensure consistent, high-quality inputs into the Wind Cost Modeling tool. You will lead the end-to-end process for collecting, validating, consolidating, and publishing catalog inputs for both installed base and new product introductions.
You will partner cross-functionally with Product Engineering, Engineering & Services, Finance, Commercial, and regional operations teams to define data standards and intake requirements, while ensuring a consistent and controlled approach to cost catalog updates.

Develop and govern the catalog release approach for new product solutions, NPI platforms, and emerging service offerings, including interim assumptions, phased releases, version control, and assumption maturity documentation.
Define and govern catalog input standards, calculation logic, and change control for key cost elements in partnership with Product Engineering, Services, Finance, Commercial, and other subject matter experts.
Establish and maintain catalog governance processes, including submission requirements, approval workflows, release schedules, documentation standards, and data quality controls.
Evolve the Wind Cost Modeling tool and catalog architecture to improve usability, transparency, auditability, and support contract margin review, underwriting, portfolio planning, and future business needs.
Partner with regional and functional teams to collect source inputs, resolve data gaps, improve point-of-origin data quality, and support reconciliation and cost categorization through clear catalog mapping standards.
Analyze catalog-level trends, assumption changes, and data exceptions to identify methodology updates, data remediation needs, and opportunities to improve catalog quality and business decision support
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain documentation for catalog methodologies, business rules, data sources, and governance procedures.
Lead periodic reviews of catalog assumptions, structures, and inputs to ensure continued relevance, consistency, and business alignment.
Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario support for key catalog assumptions used in modeling, underwriting, and planning.
Review proposed changes to cost structures, service scopes, or reporting needs and determine required updates to catalog logic and inputs.
Drive continuous improvement in catalog processes, tools, controls, and stakeholder training to improve efficiency, quality, and transparency.
Communicate catalog updates, methodology changes, release impacts, and key assumptions to relevant stakeholders
