The Professional Mechanical Engineer will design HVAC and plumbing systems for various facilities while providing technical leadership throughout the construction process. They will conduct field investigations, develop construction documents, and collaborate closely with project managers and field teams to ensure constructability.
Candidates must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. A minimum of 7 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design, specifically with renovation and retrofit projects, is required.

Sustainable Energy Services (SES), the engineering division of Huckestein Mechanical Services, is seeking an experienced Professional Mechanical Engineer (PE) to help lead the development of HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial, institutional, industrial, and educational facilities.
We're looking for an engineer who enjoys solving real-world problems, spending time in the field, collaborating with project managers and foremen, and developing practical, constructible designs that can be successfully built.

Huckestein is a mechanical and engineering contractor serving Western Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio and Northern West Virginia. We provide government, institutional, and commercial customers with reliability-centered predictive, preventive and scheduled HVAC maintenance and repair services. Drawing upon this experience, our capabilities also include design-build expertise for renovation and retrofit projects to update aging infrastructure, enhance indoor air quality, and/or achieve energy efficiencies.
