The Turnaround Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of industrial turnaround projects to ensure they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. Candidates must have at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in industrial turnaround activities and a degree in engineering, science, or construction management. Position Summary:
The Turnaround Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, coordination, and execution of turnaround projects within CAM Industrial Solutions. Acting as a pivotal leader, this role ensures that all phases of the turnaround process—from initial planning and organization to execution and review—are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget. The Turnaround Manager collaborates with internal teams, project managers, clients, and stakeholders to drive operational excellence, resolve challenges, and continuously improve processes. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional results in industrial settings.
