The Network Director provides direct patient care while leading anesthesia operations, including recruiting, mentoring, and staff development. They collaborate with leadership to ensure high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence across the network.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree, current RN licensure in Pennsylvania, and certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chief CRNA is required, with 10-15 years preferred.
The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Network Director is a highly experienced and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who serves as a clinical leader and direct patient care provider. The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Director will expertly deliver comprehensive anesthesia services within the scope of practice, collaboratively support the Chair and Vice President in all operational components for Anesthesia and lead efforts in recruiting, retention and education of the Network’s CRNAs, techs and aides. As a key member of the anesthesia leadership team, the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Director will not only ensure the highest standards of patient safety and quality outcomes through exemplary clinical practice but also leverage their extensive experience to guide and mentor other Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists.
