Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Education, or a related field and proven leadership experience in L&D or organizational development. Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance is required.
Towne Insurance is hiring a Director of Learning and Development who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training and professional development programs that enhance employee skills, productivity, engagement, and career growth. This role partners with senior leadership, department heads, HR, and internal and external subject matter experts to align learning initiatives with organizational goals and business needs.
The good-faith compensation range for this role is expected to be $150,000 to $195,000, based on the role, market, internal equity, and candidate qualifications.
