Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least three years of practical welding experience. They are required to pass 3G and 4G weld tests in SMAW and FCAW during the interview process.

The Combination Welding Instructor is accountable for ensuring students receive quality education through effective in- class instruction, hands-on training, and up-to-date learning materials and resources.
