The Regional Clinical Training Specialist provides hands-on and remote post-sale training on digital intraoral imaging products to clinical customers. They also manage training escalations, maintain documentation, and support product implementation within their assigned territory.
Candidates must have an associate's degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of hands-on clinical dental experience, including 2 years in a customer-facing role. Proficiency with dental imaging equipment and the ability to travel up to 75% are required.
Job Description:
The primary function of the DEXIS Regional Clinical Training Specialist is to provide hands-on and/or remote post-sale product training on digital intraoral imaging products to customers in a clinical setting. Additional training opportunities will include imaging software and related technology. The Regional Clinical Training Specialist will also serve as source for training escalations within the territory. This position will also partner with both internal and external teams in assisting the customer regarding their clinical needs. This position will support accounts in the North Central region.
