The instructor will teach Medical Assisting and Phlebotomy courses using lectures and demonstrations while fostering an engaging classroom environment. They are also responsible for administrative tasks such as grading, tracking attendance, and providing academic counseling to support student success.
Candidates must have at least three years of practical experience in the content area or program field. Strong presentation skills and the ability to maintain an atmosphere of support and confidence for students are required.

Under general supervision from the Program Director, the instructor will play a vital role in training and preparing students for careers in Medical Assisting with Phlebotomy. The Instructor will teach three classes per day or evening, utilizing a range of effective teaching methods such as lectures, demonstrations, and the use of audiovisual and technological resources.
