Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of training experience and a strong background in Microsoft Office and business applications. A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Education is preferred, along with proficiency in eLearning tools like Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline.

Salary in the range of $70,000 - $90,000 dependent on location and experience level
