The Position:
We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving youth Soccer Coach who will lead our children from ages 1 to 5 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children , and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development or would like to work with youth or sports realm. No soccer experience needed! Coach's earnings starting at $20 per hour!
Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success.
Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment
Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
And finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
