The Lead Teacher is responsible for planning and executing developmentally appropriate programs for infants while ensuring constant supervision and safety. They must maintain professional relationships with parents through daily updates and collaborate with staff to follow agency policies.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience working with children and a minimum of 6 college credit hours in child development. An Associate or Bachelor's degree in early childhood education is preferred, and applicants must meet DCFS standards.
