The FP&A Manager will own the company's integrated financial models, lead the annual budget process, and manage monthly and quarterly forecasting. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and a mandatory CPA designation. Candidates need 5-8 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, preferably within a complex technology or SaaS environment.

Do you want to join the Finance team of one of the most exciting space companies at the forefront of global change detection/change monitoring? Working closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and business leaders across all lines of business and regions, the FP&A Manager will help build and mature the Company’s planning, forecasting, management reporting, and business-partnering capabilities as the organization scales. This is a Vancouver-based hybrid position, with some in-office work required. Candidates must have full-time availability during the business hours of 9am-5:30pm Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required.

PREPARE FOR IMPACT!
Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role will own core planning models, strengthen monthly and quarterly reporting, support Board, investor, lender, and due diligence materials, and translate operational drivers into clear financial insight for decision-making. The FP&A Manager will also partner closely with Accounting during close cycles to ensure consistency between forecasted and actual results and will play a key role in improving systems, processes, reporting discipline, and forecast accuracy.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on finance operator who can move between detailed modeling, practical business partnering, and executive-level communication. They will be comfortable building structure in a scaling environment, asking good questions, improving processes, and producing clear analysis under tight timelines.
