About the Role
You will join our Talent Advisory team within the Workforce Planning branch in the People and Workforce group. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly established Talent Advisory team as one of our first Talent Architects. You'll have the opportunity to help build the function from the ground up, partnering with the NSW Government sector to identify and lead the implementation and optimisation of best practice talent technology solutions to develop proactive sourcing strategies and diverse talent pipelines.
The Talent Architect is responsible for developing and delivering strategic talent acquisition initiatives that strengthen the NSW Government’s employer value proposition and attract high-quality talent.
The role also leads the development and continuous improvement of talent frameworks, processes and tools, and provides expert advice on talent acquisition systems and practices, including leveraging emerging technologies and AI to enhance recruitment outcomes. The Talent Architect leads talent-related projects and initiatives and supports the delivery of consistent, high-quality talent services across the sector.
