Job Summary:

SAP Technical Lead (Basis/Hana) role is accountable for ensuring SAP environments (both on premise and cloud based) are secure and stable. Basis collaborates with Functional, Middleware, Development, and Security teams to ensure SAP Applications are installed and functioning as per requirements.

What You Will Do: 

• Environment design, capacity forecast, and implementation of Infrastructure/Storage/Database components.

• Software configuration, implementation.

• Performance monitoring and tuning.

• High Availability and Disaster Recovery Services.

• Maintain backup and recovery strategies and processes.

• Print Management.

• Environment and Transport Management.

• Level 4 Troubleshooting/Support.

• Hana Database administration.

• Maintain and Adhering to Information Technology and SOX controls and processes.

What you have – Skills:

• Technical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.

• Technology Advising: Knowledge of effective advisory methods and ability to provide valued information and advice to clients regarding products, technologies, services and solutions for a specific technology domain. Strong networking and business acumen skills.

• Systems Software Infrastructure: Knowledge of computer architecture and system software interaction; ability to design and build a fundamental architecture of operating systems, database management systems, communications protocols, compilers and other development tools.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Pre-Advanced English.

• Extensive senior-level experience in SAP Basis administration or equivalent technical roles, with proven expertise in managing complex and high-availability environments.

• Broad knowledge in Linux and shell scripting.

• Strong Command of SQL and SAP Basis Admin Tools (Hana Cockpit, Hana Studio, Solution Manager, Landscape Management (LaMa), etc.).

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• Advanced English.

• Hana DBA Certification.

• Basis Administration Certification.

• Experience with SAP on Hyperscalers.

Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
