The role of the Member Service Lead Qualification Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring we are yielding highly intent leads to our Member Agents. In this role, you will engage with high-priority inbound leads with the mission of qualifying and dispositioning the potential buyer or seller to then yield via warm transfer (based on predefined selections) to our member agents. You will be talking to potential home buyers and sellers as well as Residential Real Estate Agents, and Brokers.

The final salary or hourly rate offered for this role with fall within the range set forth below based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
