Overview
Adastra is seeking a Delivery Executive to lead complex client engagements across data, analytics, AI, and technology transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing the full engagement lifecycle, from proposal development and resource planning through project delivery, governance, client relationship management, and account growth.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong consulting and delivery experience, capable of building trusted executive relationships, driving successful project outcomes, and helping clients realize measurable business value from their technology investments. This individual will serve as a bridge between business objectives and technology solutions while providing guidance to both clients and internal delivery teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-Sales
Support clients in aligning data, analytics, and AI initiatives with strategic business objectives
Develop executive-level proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and supporting engagement documentation
Manage the approval process for proposals and new engagements
Resourcing
Partner with Resource Fulfillment and delivery leaders to build and scale project teams
Participate in candidate selection, interviews, and staffing decisions
Project Initiation
Partner with Account Managers to understand client objectives, engagement scope, and delivery expectations
Lead project kickoff activities and establish effective governance and communication frameworks
Identify organizational risks, stakeholder dynamics, and adoption challenges early in the engagement lifecycle
Ensure project information, financials, and operational records are accurately established and maintained
Project Execution
Build trusted relationships with client executives and key stakeholders
Provide strategic oversight across multiple projects and delivery teams
Bridge business objectives and technology solutions to maximize business value
Ensure delivery commitments align with project scope, timelines, budgets, and client expectations
Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and change requests as required
Partner with Account Managers to support client satisfaction, account growth, and opportunity identification
Participate in executive governance forums and strategic steering discussions
Monitor project financial performance, including revenue, profitability, forecasting, utilization, and invoicing
Provide strategic guidance to clients on data, analytics, AI, and technology transformation initiatives
Project Closing
Lead engagement close-out activities, including lessons learned sessions and project retrospectives
Partner with internal teams to document success stories and key outcomes
Ongoing Account Leadership
Provide leadership across multiple client engagements and accounts
Conduct regular touchpoints with clients and consultants to support delivery excellence and identify opportunities
Engage Adastra SMEs and Practice Leaders to address client challenges and support strategic initiatives
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering growth and delivery best practices
Drive problem resolution, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across engagements
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Technology, Engineering, Data & Analytics, or a related field
10+ years of professional experience within technology consulting, solution delivery, or client services environments
5+ years of experience overseeing complex data, analytics, AI, or technology delivery programs
3+ years of experience leading teams, delivery portfolios, or customer engagements
Proven experience developing executive-level proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and business cases
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project delivery methodologies
Experience managing executive stakeholder relationships, including VP-level and C-suite leaders
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams across business, delivery, and technical functions
Strong understanding of Data, Analytics, AI, and modern technology solution delivery
Strong business acumen with expertise in at least one industry vertical
Exceptional communication, executive presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to identify risks, resolve complex challenges, and influence strategic decision-making
Experience working within consulting, managed services, or professional services organizations

Experience managing multi-project portfolios across multiple clients or business units
Knowledge of cloud, data platform, and AI implementation programs
