Diagnose and resolve hardware issues for Windows and Apple devices both onsite at client locations and in-lab. Manage technical documentation, vendor communications, and maintain required certifications to ensure client service level agreements are met.
Requires over one year of experience in hardware technician roles with proficiency in PC, Mac, and iOS troubleshooting. Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
