You’ll own the communications and engagement approach across multiple hubs, working closely with Digital & Data leadership, Comms & Engagement, HR and Inclusion & Engagement teams. You’ll be highly visible in the business, travelling regularly to hubs, building trusted relationships and creating opportunities for meaningful two‑way engagement so that our people’s voices are heard and acted upon.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment, enjoys travel, thinks creatively, and takes an insights driven, action-oriented approach to engagement, culture and brand.
Key responsibilities:
Regional hub leadership & operations
Lead the day-to-day effectiveness of Digital & Data hubs across the UK, working with office leads, business support and LifeAtPA reps ensuring each hub champions collaboration, innovation and a strong sense of community.
Act as the connective tissue between hubs and the Digital & Data leadership team, ensuring local insight informs wider strategy.
Identify opportunities to continuously improve hub experience, engagement and ways of working using qualitative and quantitative insight.
Communications & engagement
Own and deliver the Digital & Data hubs communications and engagement strategy, aligned to Stream priorities.
Work closely with the Comms team to deliver high‑quality communications using standard channels and formats, ensuring messages are concise, engaging and relevant.
Create opportunities for two‑way engagement, enabling feedback loops between hub communities and senior leaders.
Consult and collaborate with Digital & Data leaders to craft clear, compelling messages for hub‑wide and regional communications.
Community, culture & inclusion
Shape and celebrate the Digital & Data community across our hubs, creating initiatives that encourage participation, knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Partner closely with Inclusion & Engagement and Internal Communications teams to ensure alignment and a consistent LifeAtPA experience across the firm.
Support regular in person onboarding and integration of new joiners into hub communities, ensuring a strong and welcoming start to their PA journey.
Brand marketing, external events & recruitment
Support Digital & Data employer brand activity by working with Marketing and Recruitment teams to showcase our people, hubs and culture.
Plan and deliver external events (e.g. meetups, tech talks, open evenings) hosted in our hubs to support talent attraction and brand visibility.
Regularly attend industry events, conferences and talks as a representative of PA
Act as a regional brand ambassador, ensuring hubs consistently reflect PA’s and Digital & Data proposition and values.
Contribute content, stories and insights from hubs to support digital marketing campaigns and social channels.
Working closely with our Early Careers Team, you will support the administrative operations of the apprenticeship scheme locally in Manchester, while developing scalable processes to support future rollouts across our other hubs.
Stakeholder management & delivery
Build strong, trusted relationships across Digital & Data, HR, Marketing, Recruitment and central Comms teams.
Manage multiple priorities across regions, adapting quickly to changing business needs.
Project‑manage engagement initiatives and special projects, delivering tangible outcomes aligned to business objectives.
Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week.
Qualifications
Experience in communications, engagement, community or hub management within a digital, data, technology or consulting environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and collaborate across senior and cross‑functional teams.
Experience delivering events and engagement initiatives, both internal and external.
Comfortable working across multiple locations and travelling regularly.
