The Role
This role sits in the eRisk Quant team within Markets, focused on quantitative models and algorithms for G10 Rates e-trading across EGBs, UST, Gilts and eSwaps. You’ll develop electronic pricing, risk management and execution strategies that support electronic market-making and hedging performance. The work spans research, implementation and performance evaluation using the team’s back-testing platform. You’ll also ensure the integrity of data used for quantitative analysis and help strengthen monitoring and reconciliation controls. Success means robust model calibration, high-quality testing and measurable improvements to pricing and risk strategies. The role is based in London and partners closely with Trading, Sales, Quant Development and IT across time zones.

This is an opportunity to build models that directly shape how G10 Rates e-trading prices risk and executes across key markets. The scope covers research through to deployment with a strong focus on testing and monitored production release. You’ll collaborate across Trading, Sales, Quant Development and IT to deliver improvements that are measurable in strategy performance and controls. If you want your quantitative work to have clear market impact at pace, this role offers that line of sight.
