In this role, you will:

Job Purpose

• Own the end-to-end growth of Shopee and TikTok Shop for a new brand, including store setup, commercial planning, stakeholder management, marketing execution, and P&L management to drive sustainable sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and daily management of Ecommerce stores.

• Coordinate with key stakeholders, including Platform teams, Marketing, Enablers, Agencies, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, to ensure smooth execution.

• Develop and execute commercial plans covering assortment, pricing, promotions, campaigns, and traffic growth initiatives.

• Manage platform relationships to maximize opportunities in campaigns, livestreams, flash sales, and visibility programs.

• Work closely with marketing and agency partners to drive performance through affiliate marketing, paid ads, KOL/KOC programs, and livestream activities.

• Monitor and optimize key business metrics including GMV, traffic, conversion, ROAS, and profitability.

• Own channel P&L and ensure efficient investment across trade spending, platform support, affiliate costs, and media budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.

• 4+ years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, or Social Commerce.

• Hands-on experience managing Shopee, TikTok Shop, or other marketplace platforms.

• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, performance marketing, affiliate programs, and e-commerce commercials.

• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
