The Senior GIS Project Manager is responsible for driving business growth and securing new opportunities while managing complex GIS projects from initiation to delivery. This role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency and financial performance.
Candidates must have at least 15 years of progressive experience in GIS services or consulting, with a minimum of 5 years in project management or staff leadership. A college degree in Geography, GIS, or a related field is preferred, along with a strong professional network in the utility or infrastructure sectors.

A Senior GIS Project Manager – Seller/Doer is responsible for driving business growth, expanding client relationships, and leading the successful delivery of GIS projects. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on project leadership and operational oversight. The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused leader with a proven ability to identify opportunities, win work, grow market share, and deliver high-quality GIS solutions for utility, infrastructure, and public sector clients.
