Lead internal reporting for the national Multifamily portfolio, delivering executive-ready financial and operational insights to stakeholders. Develop and maintain data pipelines and BI dashboards to automate reporting and ensure data integrity across the portfolio.
Requires over 10 years of experience in multifamily analytics or BI leadership within a real estate investment platform. Must be proficient in Power BI, SQL, and Excel with a proven ability to communicate complex data to executive leadership.

This critical role within the Multifamily Asset Management Team, owns internal reporting for the national Multifamily portfolio, aligning analytical standards, and delivering executive-ready insights to internal stakeholders and external investment partners.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
