Buscamos un profesional con sólidos conocimientos técnicos en desarrollo de software, integración de servicios e Inteligencia Artificial, capaz de diseñar e implementar soluciones innovadoras que potencien la experiencia de nuestros clientes y colaboradores. Será responsable de traducir las necesidades del negocio en soluciones tecnológicas, asegurando calidad, escalabilidad y adopción de mejores prácticas de ingeniería.
Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones para Asistentes Virtuales (BLUE) e Inteligencia Artificial Generativa.
Diseñar, desarrollar e integrar servicios backend utilizando Python y/o TypeScript.
Implementar y consumir capacidades de IA (GenAI, LLMs y agentes inteligentes) dentro de soluciones digitales.
Orquestar flujos entre sistemas, plataformas de IA y servicios core.
Colaborar activamente con equipos multidisciplinarios bajo metodologías ágiles
Participar en la definición del backlog, refinamiento de historias de usuario y estimación de iniciativas.
Participar en despliegues productivos y dar seguimiento a la estabilidad y operación de las soluciones.
Integrar múltiples servicios, APIs y plataformas de IA garantizando una experiencia fluida para el usuario.
Mantener altos estándares de calidad, seguridad y desempeño en todas las soluciones desarrolladas.
Adaptarse rápidamente a la evolución de tecnologías de IA, Cloud y desarrollo moderno.
Garantizar la calidad del software mediante pruebas automatizadas, revisiones de código y aplicación de buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para acelerar la entrega continua de valor.

Agentes inteligentes (AI Agents).
Arquitectura de microservicios.
Arquitecturas Cloud (AWS, Azure o GCP).
Contenedores y despliegues en entornos Cloud.

Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales, Informática, Ciencias de la Computación o carrera afín.
Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en desarrollo de software backend.
Experiencia desarrollando soluciones con Python y TypeScript.
Experiencia integrando APIs.
Participación en proyectos de Inteligencia Artificial Generativa
