How Do You Fit In?

Savage X Fenty is seeking an entrepreneurial and highly independent Senior Paid Media Manager to lead customer acquisition across Europe. This role will own the regional performance marketing strategy and execution across Paid Search, Paid Social, Shopping, Affiliate, Display, and emerging digital channels.

Reporting directly to the VP of Growth & Marketing, this individual will serve as the European performance marketing lead, managing a team consisting of a Senior Search Specialist and Media Coordinator while driving profitable growth across multiple markets.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating autonomously, making data-driven decisions, and influencing stakeholders across a global organization.

What You Will Do:

• Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across Europe, driving profitable customer acquisition and revenue growth.

• Own performance across Paid Search, Paid Social, Shopping, Affiliate, Display, and emerging acquisition channels.

• Develop media investment strategies and allocate spend across channels to maximize efficiency and business impact.

• Own channel performance across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, Shopping, Performance Max, and other key acquisition platforms.

• Drive audience development, creative testing strategies, bidding optimization, and conversion improvements across the customer journey.

• Collaborate closely with the North America Performance Marketing team to ensure alignment on global strategies, best practices, testing roadmaps, and platform innovation.

• Maintain a strong dotted-line partnership with the Senior Media Manager, North America, leveraging shared learnings, reporting frameworks, and operational excellence across regions.

• Partner closely with Creative, CRM, Analytics, Merchandising, and Finance teams to deliver growth objectives.

• Manage and develop a team consisting of a Senior Search Specialist and Media Coordinator.

• Establish clear goals, priorities, and development plans for direct reports while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including customer acquisition, return on ad spend, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency.

• Deliver performance insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

• Lead testing and innovation initiatives across channels, audiences, creative, landing pages, and measurement frameworks.

• Act as the regional performance marketing owner for Europe, making strategic and operational decisions with a high degree of autonomy.

What You Can Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Paid Media, or Digital Acquisition.

• Proven success managing and scaling acquisition programs for eCommerce, DTC, retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or subscription-based businesses.

• Strong hands-on expertise across both Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms.

• Experience owning both Paid Search and Paid Social strategies, including planning, optimization, measurement, and reporting.

• Previous people management experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

• Experience working within a global or matrixed organization, collaborating across regions and functions.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

• Experience working across multiple European markets is preferred.

• Deep understanding of audience strategy, attribution, testing methodologies, conversion optimization, and performance measurement.

• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth, efficiency, and profitability.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering cross-functionally and influencing senior leaders.

• Highly independent, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.

• A builder mentality with a willingness to be both strategic and hands-on when needed.

• Self-motivated with a growth mindset and passion for performance marketing and innovation.
