NoneGDIT is seeking a Operational Excellence & Governance Team Lead to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the hCPT Team by driving governance, operational excellence, continuous process improvement, and innovation across multiple functional teams. This role serves as the operational leader responsible for establishing and maintaining standardized processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, championing automation and AI initiatives, and leading strategic projects that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
The Team Lead will drive improvements across a diverse portfolio of teams including Cloud FinOps, Procurement, Software Asset Management (SAM), and the PMO. This individual will work closely with team leads to develop scalable operational strategies, optimize business processes, implement governance frameworks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is an innovative leader who excels at driving organizational change, leveraging technology to improve operations, and developing high-performing teams.

The likely salary range for this position is $151,300 - $204,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Telecommuting Options:
