The Sales Teammate is responsible for providing an enjoyable shopping experience through legendary guest service and personalized wardrobing. Key duties include cashiering, maintaining visual merchandise displays, and achieving personal sales goals.
No prior experience or training is required for this position. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule and meet the physical demands of a retail environment, including lifting up to 30lbs.
Summary
The Sales Teammate position’s primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement: “To create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.” Additionally, Sales Teammates perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by Store Management (e.g. cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities).
