The Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of 4-15 members to ensure operational excellence and a five-star guest experience. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing, team coaching, and maintaining facility standards.
Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing leadership role and possess flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. The role requires physical stamina for tasks such as cleaning, lifting up to 40 lbs, and standing for extended periods.

Team Leaders at The Escape Game will encourage, challenge, serve, and empower their teammates to uphold our service and hospitality standards. The ideal TL is excited to be flexible, creative, and positive in a fast-paced environment, and they are determined to ensure every single guest and team member enjoys their experience at The Escape Game.

REQUIREMENTS
● Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing setting preferred.
● Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
● Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
● Ability to stand for long periods of time (about 75-80% of your shift).
● Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.
