Manage a book of business by handling subscription renewals, identifying growth opportunities, and providing product demonstrations. Act as the primary point of contact for subscribers to ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve technical issues with the product team.
Requires 2+ years of experience in account management or sales within software, financial services, or real estate technology. A bachelor's degree in business or finance is preferred, along with proficiency in English and familiarity with Salesforce.
As a key member of the European Account Management team, you will be excellent at client management, which will include; subscription renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, addressing subscriber queries, providing demo’s and completing admin tasks. You will become an expert on both the real estate market and our subscriber base and systems, enabling you to be a highly successful individual account manager within a market-leading news, research, data analytics and technology company.
In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
