The Store Supervisor is responsible for managing retail staff, coordinating shipping, and maintaining store displays and inventory. They ensure high standards of customer service, health and safety, and help the sales team achieve their targets.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma and 0-2 years of experience in a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational and communication skills are required.
Job Purpose:

Store Supervisor Activities:
- Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.
₋ Ensure pricing is correct.
₋ Work on store displays.
₋ Coach, counsel, train, and discipline employees.
₋ Evaluate on-the-job performance.
₋ Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
₋ Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
₋ Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
₋ Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
₋ Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
₋ Collect local competitors’ prices.
₋ Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
₋ Organize and distribute staff schedules.
₋ Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
₋ Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma
Work Experience: Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in the same or related field
