The Sales Associate acts as a brand ambassador by providing exceptional customer service and advising customers on cannabis products based on their individual needs. They are also responsible for driving sales goals, managing cash transactions, and maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a high school diploma. Open availability, including weekends and holidays, is highly preferred to meet the operational needs of the dispensary.

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Management team, our Sales Associates understand that Retail is a billboard for the brand. They take pride in being a professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable brand ambassador inside and outside the store to ensure the Company’s success within the recreational cannabis landscape. Our Sales Associates are curious, thoughtful, and sales-oriented people who impart cannabis wisdom and create positive customer relationships to build a loyal customer base.
This position starts as a part-time role at $20.50/hour + tips.
