What You’ll Do
This is a field-based position. You’ll spend most of your day on the road, servicing customers at their homes and businesses. You’ll start and end your day from your service area - not sitting in an office.
We’re looking for a motivated Service Professional to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the retention of our customers and to reduce the amount of callbacks by completing all stops assigned to them. Every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride.
What Your Day Might Look Like
Starting Pay: $20 per hour (plus perks and commissions)
Schedule: Monday–Saturday | Approx. 8:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M. | 40–60 hours per week
Both Full-Time Regular and Full-Time Seasonal Roles Available

Alta Pest Control is a family-run pest control company servicing 19 locations across the nation. After being in the industry for years and with multiple companies, the owners decided to break lose and build their own small business. The owners are brothers who were taught honesty, hard work, and serving others by their parents. They are excited to bring these traits to a business level and serve their clients. We specialize in residential households using a method referred to as IPM - Integrated Pest Management - an effective and environmentally sensitive approach to pest management. In an effort to minimize impact on the environment Alta only uses low impact products.
