Prepares and manages closing loan packages for various loan types in accordance with investor and credit union guidelines. Coordinates with title companies, attorneys, and insurance providers to ensure timely loan funding and quality review.
Requires a minimum of one year of experience closing conventional and government loans and a high school diploma or GED. Must maintain an active NMLS registration and possess knowledge of real estate lending regulations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
