The Unit Manager provides leadership and support to the nursing team while ensuring that patient and resident needs are met. They are responsible for evaluating team performance and coordinating services to provide an optimal care experience.
Candidates must hold a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) from the State Board of Nursing. Experience in the long-term care industry is preferred, along with demonstrated ability in task triaging and team supervision.

As an LPN Unit Manager, you'll have the opportunity to provide leadership and support to the care team, ensure patient/resident needs are met, and evaluate team performance. You'll also have the chance to work directly with care team members to provide compassionate and professional care.
1. Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Licensed Nurse with experience in the long-term care industry preferred2. Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services.3. Experience in triaging tasks, supervision of nursing team members and coordination of services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience.
