Job DetailsJob Location: The Glen at Oak Ridge - Oak Ridge , TN 37830Summary: Responsible for enhancing and improving the SRIM experience specifically in heartful care for our residents and their families. Demonstrates and promotes SRIM’s core value of the golden rule. Treating residents, families, visitors and associates in the same way we would like to be treated. Performs assigned nursing procedures for the comfort and will-being of residents such as assisting in admission of new residents, assisting with activities of daily living when needed. Administers specified medications. Supervises non-licensed nursing staff and participates in the evaluation of non-licensed staff by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Directly supervises employees in the Resident Services/Nursing Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
