The PSR Specialist facilitates group and individual therapeutic services to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health conditions. They are responsible for developing therapeutic programming, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to promote client autonomy and recovery.
Candidates must hold or be pursuing a bachelor's degree in a human services field such as social work, psychology, or special education. A valid Tennessee driver's license and the ability to work flexible hours are required, with prior experience in IDD services preferred.
