The Dispatcher is responsible for routing and scheduling field personnel to meet customer needs and managing high volumes of service calls. Key duties include communicating ETAs to customers, updating field managers, and ensuring proper billing through call verification.
Preferred candidates have 1 to 2 years of experience dispatching service technicians and strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills are required to manage a fast-paced service region.
