The Service Manager oversees the profitability, assets, and employees of the Service and Parts Departments to meet labor and parts goals. They are responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction and managing equipment maintenance for GEODIS.
Candidates need at least 6 years of related management experience and strong mechanical knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to analyze financial reports are also required.
The Service Manager is responsible for managing the overall profitability, assets, and employees of the MHR Service and Parts Departments. The Service Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the Service and Parts Departments meets their parts goals, labor goals and daily, monthly, and yearly objectives while cultivating departments that focus on customer service and satisfaction by responding in a timely, polite and professional manner.
