The associate is responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders by retrieving parts from the warehouse and preparing them for shipment. Additional duties include processing returns, issuing credits, and maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
A high school diploma or GED is required, with a preference for candidates having one year of warehouse experience and a forklift certificate. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and possess strong communication skills, with Spanish bilingualism preferred.

The Order Fulfillment Associate is essential to the success of the organization, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment, timely shipping, and satisfactory customer service through retrieving parts from the warehouse, processing returns, and issuing credits.
