The Receiver is responsible for managing inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines to support store operations. They also provide legendary customer service and assist with store equipment operation and merchandise handling.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds. While shipping and receiving experience is preferred, the role requires basic computer and math skills along with the ability to operate store equipment.
The Receiver is primarily responsible for inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. The role executes receiving, inventory adjustment, reconciliation, transfer, buyback/RTV, compliance, and reporting processes while maintaining partnership with the Store Operations Manager. The updated operating model narrows Receiver ownership away from front sidewalk/sidelot presentation and backroom/dock/assembly recovery, which are owned by Operations leadership.

Experience: Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, you must be able to read, write, and count accurately.
