This role provides administrative support for day-to-day freight shipment operations, including tracking carrier pick-ups and deliveries. The specialist is responsible for entering shipment data into the TMS and managing client and vendor relationships.
A high school diploma is required, while a 2-year college degree and 1-3 years of industry experience are preferred. Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency and strong customer service skills.
