The Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing residential and commercial solar, storage, and off-grid systems. They provide exceptional customer service while managing service call documentation and potential field upsells.
Candidates must possess a valid Apprentice Electrician license, OSHA 10 certification, and a valid driver's license. Prior solar installation experience and the physical ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions are required.

Job Summary: In this role, you will be the technical expert to resolve concerns related to solar installations on-site. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing Residential and Commercial Photovoltaic, Storage, and Off-Grid systems.
Level of Supervision Required: General
