The Customer Service Specialist serves as the program receptionist, managing telephone and walk-in inquiries while providing clerical and administrative support. Key duties include triaging calls, registering guests, and maintaining a HIPAA-compliant office environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience. A valid State of Michigan Driver's License and proof of COVID-19 vaccination are also required.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA’S):
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
A High School Diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience.
REQUIRED LICENSE(S).
A valid State of Michigan Driver’s License with a safe and acceptable driving record.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
WORKING CONDITIONS:
May work in an office environment or behavioral health facility. May have contact with individuals who are agitated and/or confused.
