The Property Manager is responsible for assessing customer storage needs, selling supplies, and maintaining the cleanliness and security of the storage facilities. They also handle daily administrative tasks such as auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and managing customer accounts.
Candidates must have a valid driver's license and access to their own vehicle for travel between work locations. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform maintenance tasks in both indoor and outdoor environments.
